100% recommend Love Paragliding. I did my EP in November with Ross. The course was very well instructed and I felt at ease and safe from day 1. The best thing about Love Paragliding is the small groups - there were only 2 other student in my group and because of this everybody got a lot of attention which made me very confident with all the tasks we were given. Learning to paraglide was a very last minute, spur of the moment decision and I had honestly not done any research with which school to choose, but I really felt I hit the jackpot when I got a last minute spot with Ross (and its always a good thing to support smaller/newer businesses!) I must add that Kate was also very helpful - quick with responding emails and very helpful & supportive throughout the course too.

Ross is a brilliant teacher and really kind and caring. I had a wonderful time and his family were very welcoming. The course is tough physically but Ross leads you through every step and makes sure you have grasped each area that you need to progress. Safety is the main concern and very carefully explained at each stage. I had a lovely time and the flights were exhilarating. Love Paragliding is absolutely the right name.

What an incredible 2 weeks learning to paraglide! The Location, people and tuition were all absolutely fantastic.

Everything from the initial enquiry, to the booking process, travel logistics and physical course ran beautifully smoothly. Kate was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process and even accommodated our request to shift the ‘usual schedule’ by a few days to allow us to attend.

I’m absolutely delighted to have successfully completed both EP and CP and can’t thank Ross and John enough for their patience, support and expert ability to continually adapt plans and ensure we were given the best chance to learn and to fly when possible (despite some slightly variable weather conditions).

Thanks to Ross, Stan and the team for a great week completing my CP in Spain, having done the EP in the UK.

A small school with excellent communication via email and WhatsApp before the course, effective use of time to maximise learning during the week, and the promise of more advice and course reunions in the future!

Aside from the tuition, Ross went out of his way to make the whole experience a pleasure, including adventure film nights and welcome drinks.

10/10 when can I fly again? Ross was brilliant! I was already super excited at the thought of trying paragliding, Ross’s passion and enthusiasm shone through making it that more enjoyable. Great teacher. The smaller group was perfect for the extra attention in making sure you grasp each phase of the course. Can’t wait to go back for the CP!

I just finished an EP course at the end of February and had a lovely time. The weather was favourable and we managed to fly through the course quickly. The instructor, Ross, then went out of his way to provide consolidation opportunities to practise the skills we'd learned earlier in the week, giving us a good foundation for a CP course in the future. Ross and his whole family are fantastically welcoming and I shared a nice and clean central apartment, (with a private bedroom including en-suite), with one other person on the same course. I aim to head back out here to do my CP course as soon as I am able to do so.

Update: I returned in April to finish my CP rating and everything was just as good as before. We got to fly in a variety of conditions from different sites and one particular highlight was sharing thermals at El Bosque with vultures just a few metres away!
